Applies to UltraDesk, a product of Spectra Technologies India Private Limited, New Delhi, India.
By creating an account, downloading, or using UltraDesk (the "Service" and "Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use UltraDesk.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use UltraDesk for lawful remote-support purposes, subject to your subscription. The Software is licensed, not sold; Spectra Technologies India Private Limited retains all intellectual-property rights.
UltraDesk is licensed per support seat (one seat = one concurrent technician); the customer machines you support are unlimited and free. A free trial is available before purchase. Paid subscriptions run for the chosen term and, unless cancelled, may be renewed. On expiry there is a grace period before a lapsed subscription reverts to the free edition. Pricing and taxes (GST) are as shown at purchase.
You may use UltraDesk only for authorised remote support with the informed consent of the person at the remote machine. You must not use UltraDesk to deceive, defraud, gain unauthorised access, or facilitate any tech-support scam or other unlawful activity. The visible consent prompt and the always-on session indicator are mandatory safeguards and must not be circumvented, hidden, or misrepresented.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid, verified email address.
UltraDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Spectra Technologies India Private Limited's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using UltraDesk at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
