UltraDesk offers a free trial so you can fully evaluate the product before purchasing. Because you can try before you buy, paid subscriptions are non-refundable — we do not refund for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or unused/partial subscription periods. Cancellation: you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of your current paid period, after which the subscription lapses to the free edition. Cancelling does not refund the current paid period.
